Qualifications for Demolition

Martin Demolition was established in 1988 and is a division of MTR, LLC (Martin Tank Removal). With almost 20 years of experience, MTR has successfully completed countless projects ranging from relocation of illegal landfills (click for slide show) residential/commercial oil tank removal, to contaminated site remediation, to demolition and removal of houses, mobile homes and businesses. MTR is owned and operated by a fully insured DEP Certified Contractor.

Professional Services

Martin Demolition efficiently removes residential and commercial structures completing jobs in a safe and timely manner. Scope of work usually includes environmental survey, asbestos abatement, acquiring permits, notifying abutting property owners of intent, utility disconnections, demolition of structure and removal of debris. Foundations can be saved (or refurbished if fire damaged) to allow for rebuilding.

MTR removes and disposes of underground/aboveground storage tanks and performs site remediation. Projects have ranged from removal of residential underground oil tanks to the removal of 20,000 gallon gasoline tanks on commercial property and site remediation involving the removal of thousands of tons of contaminated soil.
